What we collect

• Account data: email address, name where you provide it, password (hash), session and security cookies when you register or log in.
• Content you upload: photos, prompts, song choices, and similar materials you submit to create personalised songs or videos.
• Payment data: checkout is handled by Stripe. We receive limited billing metadata (for example credits purchased), not your full card number.
• Technical data: server logs, IP address, device and browser type, and similar diagnostics needed to run and secure the Service.
• Product analytics (optional): if you accept analytics cookies, we use PostHog to understand feature usage and Meta Pixel for measurement related to advertising. You can choose "Essential only" on our cookie banner.
• Meta measurement (purchases): when you complete a credit top-up, our servers may send Meta a purchase event (Conversions API) with a hashed account id and your checkout email when Stripe provides it, so Meta can tie the conversion to ads and measurement.
• Marketing sign-up (optional): if you subscribe on the homepage for offers or tips, we store your email with our email provider (Resend) so we can send those messages. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email.

Children, photos, and parental responsibility

The Service is aimed at adults creating keepsakes for families. If you upload images of children, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian, or that you have permission from someone who is, and that you have the right to use those images here. Do not use the Service in a way that breaks child-safety or child-privacy rules where you live. If you believe content should be removed, contact us at the address above.

Why we use your information

We process data to provide the Service you ask for, take payment, prevent fraud and abuse, improve reliability, comply with law, and (only with consent where required) for analytics. Where GDPR-style rules apply, we rely on appropriate lawful bases such as contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and consent where we ask for it.

Who we share data with

We use trusted processors to run the Service. Categories include hosting and databases, object storage for media, email delivery, payments, optional analytics, and AI or music vendors that generate content you request. Subprocessors and purposes may change as we improve infrastructure, we will update this page for material changes.

International transfers

We may store and process data in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, the United States, or other countries where providers operate. Where EU or UK law requires safeguards for transfers, we use appropriate mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent tools offered by suppliers.

Retention

We keep account and billing records as long as your account is open and for a period afterwards where law or dispute resolution requires. Generated media may be kept until you delete it or close your account, subject to backups and technical limits described in our support documentation.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to object to certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a supervisory authority. California residents may have additional rights under the CPRA (for example to know categories of data collected, and to request deletion subject to exceptions). Security

We use industry-standard measures (including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure hosting) appropriate to the nature of the data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will adjust the "Last updated" date and, where the law requires, give you extra notice.
